(MENAFN) Ritz-Carlton’s president and COO, Herve Humler, said that the hotel signed an agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group to take over the management of the luxury hotel Al Bustan Palace in Muscat, reported The National.
Humler added that Al Bustan Palace, which was renovated recently, had 250 rooms and suites that spanned on a 200 acres of landscaped gardens and the longest beach in Oman, moreover, the Ritz-Carlton would start its operations soon and would keep all the current employees.
He also said that Ritz-Carlton opened its second hotel in Dubai in 2011, at the Dubai International Financial Centre following delays after Union Properties sold the building while it was under development.
It is worth noting that Ritz Carlton is also enlarging its footprint at Jumeirah Beach Residence, in addition, it has a property under development in Abu Dhabi opposite the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr.
