Saudi Arabia eyes more spending

(MENAFN) A statement said that Saudi Arabia is seeking to spend more than it initially budgeted for this year, Gulf Daily News reported.

Saudi Arabia outlined its 2010 budget with a gap of $18.67 billion and spending of $143.98 billion.

For the Kingdom, things appear better than what they had been approximated at the beginning of the year.

During the global financial meltdown, Saudi Arabia announced a five-year $400 billion stimulus, the biggest relative to gross domestic production in the G20.
