(MENAFN) India’s KEC International managing director and CEO, Ramesh Chandak, said that the firm’s joint venture with Saudi Al-Sharif Group, inked a USD62.6 million deal with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), reported Arab News.
Chandak added that the Saudi order was for 380 kV double circuit overhead transmission lines and would be expected to complete in two years.
He also said that with the Saudi contract, KEC International’s order book was around USD1.7 million.
It is worth noting that KEC International is part of RPG Group, and its business include infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) activities.
