(MENAFN) Hay Group’s General Manager, Chance Wilson said that Arabia’s private sector wages are going to boost by 5 percent during the upcoming year, reported Arabian business.
Wilson stated that this raise came as a result to meet increasing demand for Saudi nationals in the private sector.
30 percent of 250 companies in Saudi Arabia said they had difficultly retaining their employees, the General Manager added.
It is worth mentioning that the kingdom which is regarded the first oil producer in the world launched the Nitaqat system in May aimed boosting employment opportunities for Saudi nationals.
