(MENAFN) In the UAE, the third largest oil exporter in the world, some petrol stations are still suffering from a lack of supply, thus they have to turn away customers, reported Emirates 24/7.
Fuel stations in Sharjah, including stations belonging to giants like Eppco and Enoc, suspended operations and closed several stations without indicating a reason.
Back in May, Enoc cited closing its stations to maintenance and equipment upgrading.
It is worth noting that some petrol stations are rationing their fuel to cut costs as a result of high subsidies and shortage of cash.
