(MENAFN) Syrian Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs Abdullah al-Dardari has discussed means to further develop and increase economic cooperation with visiting Iranian First Assistant Vice-President for Economic and Scientific Affairs Ali Agha Mohammadi, SANA reported.
During the meeting, several workgroups were formed to review cooperation in various domains, particularly in establishing power plants and a company for manufacturing car body components and spare parts.
The two sides also agreed on establishing new joint companies specialized in investment, real estate, infrastructure and food industries. The proposed projects also include cooperation in the domains of pharmaceutical, fertilizers industry, transport and banking sectors.
