(MENAFN) UAE’s local Toyota dealership, Al-Futtaim Motors’ managing director, Simon Frith, said that the automaker launched the 2012 Yaris hatchback, reported Gulf News.
Frith added that the new Yaris would be offered in two grades, with the mid-level value-pack and a sporty level, and its price would range between USD13,881 and USD15,242.
He also said that the new vehicle was redesigned for 2012 to introduce a sportier look, where the wheelbase was lengthened by 50mm to 2518mm, whereas the overall length of the vehicle increased between 100mm to 3885mm, on the other hand, the height was reduced by 15mm for a lower and longer stance.
It is worth noting that in order to be qualified to get bank finance, car buyers in the UAE must put up 20 percent of the car value as down payment.
