(MENAFN) Al Futtaim Motors’ National Sales and Marketing manager, Andrew Squires, said that the firm launched the 2012 Camry and Lexus GS cars in Dubai, reported Emirates 24/7.
Squires added that the new Camry had more space, used less fuel, included new sophisticated technology, and had world class safety measures, on the other hand, the Lexus GS combined world-class luxury, a unique design, distinguished driving dynamics and modern technology.
He also said that the Toyota Corolla maintained its domination over the UAE market, with 33 percent share of the medium sedan segment, whereas the Land Cruiser and the Prado lead the 4×4 market, ranking at the top in their market segments.
It is worth noting that Al Futtaim Motors is the distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the UAE, where its market share during 2011 reached 41 percent.
