(MENAFN) Etihad Airways’ CEO, James Hogan, said that in a step that would offer the carrier’s passengers new flight options to destinations in Portugal, the UAE’s company inked a new codeshare with Portugal’s national carrier, TAP Portugal, reported Khaleej Times.
Hogan added that the carrier would place its ‘EY’ code on services operated by the Portuguese carrier from Lisbon to Brussels, Dusseldorf, Faro, Frankfurt, Funchal, Geneva, London, Milan, and Porto.
On the other hand, TAP would place its ‘TP’ code on Etihad Airways flights to and from Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, and Milan.
It is worth noting that the destinations within Portugal are Lisbon, Faro, Funchal (Madeira) and Porto.
