(MENAFN) Etihad Airways’ CEO, James Hogan, said that as a result of the company’s constant expansion plans, during December, the carrier would increase its flights to both Germany and China, reported Emirates 24/7.
Hogan added that before the end of 2011, the Abu Dhabi-based carrier would launch its flights to Dusseldorf in Germany, which would be served by four non-stop weekly return services.
He also said that Etihad would also launch four non-stop return services a week to Chengdu in China, which would be followed by extra expansion of the Chinese network in March, when the carrier would launch four non-stop services to Shanghai a week.
It is worth noting that Etihad Airways, which covers 88 destinations worldwide, has just added new destinations in Maldives and Seychelles.
