(MENAFN) Imdaad, the UAE provider of integrated facilities management solutions, said that it began building the first phase of the Jafza South project with a cost of USD3 million, reported Emirates 24/7.
The company added that the project, which would be finished by June of next year, would give maintenance services for the firm’s fleet of more than 150 vehicles.
It also said that the first phase was developed on a 10,000 square meter area of the original 30,000 square meter plot, on the other hand, Imdad said that it would expect to recover the cost of the construction in 3 years.
It is worth noting that the complex will facilitate all in-house services for denting, painting, welding and tire maintenance.
