Yemen signs $100m deal with ADF

(MENAFN) Saba News Agency reported that Yemen and the Arab Development Fund (ADF) have signed a financing agreement worth $100 million.

Under the agreement, ADF presents $100 million for financing the 4th stage of the Social Fund for Development (SFD).

The agreement was signed by Yemen”s Minister of Planning and International Cooperation and SFD Executive Director Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi and the ADF Legal Advisor al-Fateh al-Shatheli.

After signing the agreement, al-Arhabi valued the ADF continuous assistance to enhance development in Yemen, saying that the ADF is one of the Yemen’s best partners in development sector. Al-Shatheli asserted the fund”s readiness to present all kind of aid to Yemen’s development, hailing the level of cooperation between Yemen and ADF.
