2.4m traveled on Emirates Airline London’s cable car system

(MENAFN) London’s Mayor Boris Johnson appreciated the achievement gained by the Emirates Airline London’s cable car system, sponsored by the Dubai carrier, represented by the number of travelers on its first year of operation, which is 2.4 million people, Arabian Business reported.
Johnson added that “the customer satisfaction scores show, Londoners and visitors from around the world thoroughly enjoy using this innovative transport experience and the new and exciting Emirates Aviation Experience to the Greenwich terminal will be yet another fantastic reason to visit this rapidly developing area of London.”
It is worth mentioning that although the airline struggled at first being hit by high winds and the low number of passengers in 2012, it succeeds to gain this achievement shortly afterwards.
