(MENAFN) St Regis Abu Dhabi’s manager, Oliver Key, stated that in September, the emirate will witness the launch of its second St Regis hotel, reported Gulf News.
Key said that the new hotel will host the world’s highest suspended Presidential suite, at 200 meters above the ground, in addition to 283 guest rooms including 40 suites.
He added that the hotel, which is part of the USD435 million Nation Towers project, will be located between the 33rd and 49th floors of the second tower.
Moreover, located on the Corniche, the St Regis is viewed as a corporate and business property, since it is close to several businesses and government institutions.
It is worth noting that Nation Towers is a 2-tower mixed-use development owned by Abu Dhabi-based International Capital Trading. The first tower consists of 360 residential units, whereas the second will include the St Regis Abu Dhabi hotel and offices.
