(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based Kizad said that it has signed a deal worth USD27.2 million with System Construct to have pre-built warehouses ready by the end of the year, reported Gulf News.
The decision was made due to the uniqueness of the design and the flexibility that allows the pre-built show warehouse to cater the occupier’s display needs.
The warehouse will have a capacity of up to 105 units, and can be reconfigured over time.
It is worth noting that Kizad is expanding its presence in the industrial and commercial sectors, as it has recently invested USD7.2 billion in maritime projects in the Emirates.
