(MENAFN) More than USD100bn worth of airport projects is underway and planned through the Middle East, which includes the Muscat Intl’ Airport in Oman.
Additionally, these projects will address a capacity gap as airport traveler volume across the MENA has outstripped capacity by 11 percent in 2015.
Moreover, the new and expanded airports are predicted to be finished between 2016 and 2020.
Meanwhile, the largest potential chances for contracting and sub-contracting firms are predicted to come from the construction of the next phase of Al Maktoum Intl’ in Dubai.
