(MENAFN) UAE-based Al Habtoor Group announced that three luxury residential towers, including multi-level penthouses, have been added to plans for Al Habtoor city development near Business Bay, Arabian Business reported.
These Towers will join three international hotels, also an aqua theatre.
Spread around 10 square feet meter. The whole project costs USD3 billion.
The project contains two towers, one with 74 floors and one with 40 floors, with an average of 1,460 apartments. Each tower will house a single-story 720 square feet meter penthouse and two-storey penthouses ranging from 795sqm to 820sqm.
Al Habtoor Group chairman said: “The two VIP/presidential style penthouses will be umber-stylish, fitted to the highest standards, with the most exclusive finishing materials from some of the worlds top brands.”
