Al Omaniya records USD8m net profit for H1

(MENAFN) Al Omaniya Financial Services Co recorded a net profit of around USD8 million for the first half of the year, marking an increase of 6.2 percent year-on-year, Muscat Daily reported.

The company registered USD7.56 million net profit for the first half of last year. Revenues also increased, reaching USD23.95 million for the same period against USD23.8 million a year ago.

“Our non-performing assets continue to be under control at below one per cent. With challenging circumstances and competition in the market we have to be more creative in approach and try to come up with better products” an official stated.
