Annual gains of Saudi Arabia’s monetary system drop 9.7 percent

(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia”s monetary system was affected by the rising oil prices, and the increasing production resulted in higher revenues, according to Arab News.

The monetary base (M0) recorded its annual shrinkage of 9.7 percent, reaching USD80.64 billion.

The National Commercial Bank (NCB) said that M0 also fell on a monthly basis by 0.9 percent.
