(MENAFN) Dubai-based Arabtec Holding has won the USD500 million contract to construct a tower in the central business district in Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
The 77-storey tower is set to be a mixed-use tower making it one the tallest ten towers in the emirate.
Arabtec Holding CEO said: “This project is another sign of the recovery of the property sector in the UAE and the Middle East and North Africa Region.”
