(MENAFN) Aramex’ chief executive Fadi Ghandour said that the company witnessed a four percent increase in profits in the fourth quarter, reported Arabian Business.
Ghandour said that the courier’s net profit amounted to USD15.57 million in the fourth quarter of 2011, up from USD15 million reported for the same quarter of the previous year.
As for revenues, the CEO said that they hit USD185.7 million, registering an eighteen percent year-on-year increase.
However, Ghandour warned against the instability the Arab Spring might hold in the future for courier and cargo businesses.
