Bahrain to start a major housing project in May

(MENAFN) Bahraini government plans to launch a 3,000 new homes project in the north of capital Manama, the state news agency reported.
The project, which HH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa announced earlier, is part of broader plans to boost the number of government housing and infrastructure projects.
The development, which will break ground in May, will go through stages, and see the construction of the first 500 units.
The Prime Minister ordered authorities to speed work on housing, municipal, road-network and infrastructure projects directly linked to citizens’ daily lives.
