(MENAFN) Arcapita, Bahrain’s investment company, has bought USD200 million into Saadiyat Beach Residences, residential complex located in Abu Dhabi, a corporate statement said, Reuters reported.

How much Arcapita bought remains yet undisclosed. However, the assets were bought from Mubadala Development with an obligation to help in improving the emirate’s economy, Arcapita added in its statement.

‘Abu Dhabi provides real estate investors with exposure to the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region, while offering steady and stable growth prospects,’ the chief investment officer at Arcapita said.
