Bahrain’s e-Government services valued at USD45 m

(MENAFN) Financial transactions through Bahrain’s e-Government services were estimated at USD45 million, according to Gulf Daily News.

Deputy chief executive of the eGovernment Authority (eGA), Dr Zakareya Ahmed Al Khaja, stated that financial transactions through eGA boosted by 25 percent reaching USD4 million in 2013.

Expenses on electricity and water, university course fees and traffic contraventions are the top payment services according to the number and financial value of transactions.
