(MENAFN) Bahrain’s national carrier Gulf Air plans to add two more flights to its route to Kuwait to reach 42 flights per week, according to Arabian Business.
The airline said its decision to add frequencies to the Kuwaiti capital aims to meet the growing passenger demand between the two countries.
Gulf Air’s acting chief commercial officer, Ahmed Janahi, said: “We are delighted to announce two additional frequencies between Bahrain and Kuwait to further strengthen our regional network.”
Janahi added: “Our Kuwait-Bahrain route sees consistently high seat factors and in response to the growing passenger demand, the introduction of 2 more weekly flights to Kuwait should reinforce Gulf Air’s longstanding commitment to our valued neighbor.”
