The firm added that recently it invested in three equity projects that included the purchase of Power Tower office complex in Long Beach, California, which would grant the firm a Class A office tower in a major coastal area.
Whereas the other investments were the acquisition of the Bethesda Health City building in Boynton Beach, Florida and the purchase of the Atlanta, Georgia-based Ashford garden and townhouse community, with a total cost of USD37 million for both acquisitions.
