Bahrain’s Investcorp acquires USD400mn residential properties

(MENAFN) Bahrain-based Investcorp proclaimed that its US-based real estate arm has acquired three housing properties in New York, California and Nevada for USD400mn.

Accordingly, the firm has a long history of investments in the U.S. and its USD1.2bn investment in residential properties shows that the nation”s market offers high-quality investments.

Additionally, the U.S. real estate sector remained an attractive market for Investcorp and a market where it has established strong track record of successful investments.

The firm had USD10.4bn in total AUM, involving assets managed by third party managers and assets subject to a non-discretionary advisory mandate where Investcorp delivers fees.
