Bahrain’s real estate remains resilient

(MENAFN) Despite slowing economic conditions, there has been a notable stabilization across most real estate sectors in the second half and will carry into 2017.

Moreover, the resilience of rental budgets in the residential market will continue to outperform expectations.

Accordingly, with the expectation of Amwaj Islands, there was a marginal USD128 per month rise in rents for four-bedroom villas.

In addition, the stabilization in rents across the sector is reflective of weaker underlying fundamentals in the market.
