Bahrain’s Seef Properties operational earnings grow 21.4% in 2012

(MENAFN) Bahrain-based developer Seef Properties reported a 21.4 percent increase in annual operating profits in 2012, Gulf Daily News reported.
The company said it made USD31.4 million operating profit last year, up from USD25.8 million in the previous year.
Annual net profit fell slightly to USD21.9 million from USD22.67 million in 2011, the company said.
Seef Properties owns and manages Seef Mall, Isa Town Mall, Fraser Suites in addition to a total of 800 retail units across 45 locations in Bahrain.
