(MENAFN) Beirut has reserved the second place after Dubai for midsized apartments in the Arab world, reported DailyStar.
The high prices for a 150-square-meter apartment between USD3,591per square meter, and USD4,200 in Central Beirut, according Byblos Bank’s weekly economic newsletter.
In terms of gross rental yield, the city took the last place among five Arab markets , as it gross rental yield declined to 3.62 percent during the past six years.
