Brookfield wins Emaar contract for Address hotel in Dubai

(MENAFN) Australian developer Brookfield Multiplex Construction has won a contract to build Emaar Properties’ sixth hotel in its Address brand in Dubai, Reuters reported.
Brookfield Multiplex Construction is a global contracting and development company that designs, builds and maintains property and infrastructure assets.
Emaar did not disclose a value for the contract in the statement.
The Address The BLVD will include 200 hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences and will be located close to the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
