(MENAFN) According to a research by Oxford Strategic Consulting, Saud Arabia’s vision 20130 is to employ millions of Saudi nationals in the private sector, and to accomplish this goal, the private sector will need to employ 2.5 million Saudis.
Moreover, Saudis private sector needs to employ 4.1 million Saudi by 2030. Also, Saudi Arabia currently has a national labor force of around 6.4 million people; with 4.2 million in the public sector, 1-6 million in private sector and 06 are unemployed.
The military industry also plays a key role, the 2030 vision states that half of the country’s military needs will be manufactured in the country and Saudi companies will be developed into new global leaders.
