(MENAFN) The Ministry of Trade and Industry proclaimed that Cargill will increase in the Egyptian market in the field of storing grains in El-Daqhleya port and a project of vegetable oil in Borg Al-Arab city.
Meanwhile, the government is studying obstacles that investors face in vegetables oils production, while the ministry concluded a deal with the Authority of Agricultural for easier ways of oil productions.
Additionally, Cargill has been in Egypt since 1994 and recently has more than 300 workers, with headquarters in Cairo and extra activities in Alexandria.
Moreover, the value of trade between Egypt and Germany posted USD5.567bn and the recent German investments in Egypt are worth USD619mn.
