(MENAFN) The Contact Center Company’s (CCC) executive president, Anil Modi, said that the firm would create 10,000 jobs in Saudi over the next 5 years, reported Arab News.
Modi added that 90 percent- 95 percent of the new jobs would be allocated to Saudi nationals, mainly women, as part of the company’s Saudization plan.
He also said that more job opportunities would be created in the firm’s main centers in Riyadh and Jeddah.
On the other hand, he stressed that CCC is involved in the development of a booming and challenging contact center industry in the country, and plans to become the leading customer care service management firm through offering comprehensive solutions for the telecom, banking, financial, insurance, healthcare, travel, hospitality, and consumer and retail industries.
It is worth noting that CCC is a joint venture providing customer care service to clients of Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) in Saudi.
