Commercial property in Dubai to stabilize by 2013: Report

(MENAFN) A new report suggested that real estate prices for Dubai’s commercial property would go down throughout 2012 and would stabilize by year end, reported Arabian Business.

In addition, the first quarter of the current year witnessed a boost of 28 percent more respondents reporting a strong rebound in investment enquiries in Dubai.

Expected investment transactions also turned positive, with respondents more optimistic about the outlook in 2012.
