(MENAFN) Chairman of Retaj Al Balad Al Ameen and vice chairman of Diyar Al Balad, Fahad Al Hashboul, stated that construction of first ever integrated staff housing complex in Makkah has started, reported Arabian Business.
The chairman also said that the project is being developed by Diyar Al Balad, a partnership of Saudis and Emiratis. He added that the project is being built within the Makkah Gate Project accessible via the Jeddah Makkah Highway.
The project will accommodate around 2500 employees, mainly those working in the hospitality sector in the city.
It is worth mentioning that Makkah has a development plan which includes over USD30 billion projects in the sectors of infrastructure, tourism, utilities, and real-estate.
