DAE plans to sell StandardAero

(MENAFN) Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) is discussing merging some its business with British BBA Aviation, The Peninsula reported.

DAE is seeking to sell it US-based StandardAero, provides engine repair and maintenance, for USD1.73 billion.

DAE plans the sale, and other asset sales to repay its USD50 billion debt due over the next three years.
