Demand for residential properties in Qatar grows

(MENAFN) The demand for real estate properties in Qatar showed a double-digit increase after a lull market situation owing to summer vacations and Eid holidays.

Accordingly, there is a notable grow in enquires in both residential accommodation and office space in the month of date compared to 2015.

Moreover, the most popular enquiry was for two bedroom apartments between the range of QR9.000 and QR12.500 segment, followed by one-bedroom apartments.

In addition, there also was a surge in enquiries for office space, mainly from the private sector, with 250 square meters.
