DFM sells USD1.5b shares to foreign investors

(MENAFN) Foreign investors have bought USD1.469 billion worth shares in Dubai Financial Market (DFM) between May 18 to 22, 2014, while value of stocks DFM sold stood at USD1.497 billion, according to the Emirates 24/7.

The company’s net foreign investment on the market reached USD30.3500 million during the period.

Value of shares bought by foreigner investors totaled 50 percent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during the week reached USD920 million, totaling 31.3 percent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
