DMCC eyes world’s tallest commercial tower in Dubai

(MENAFN) The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has unveiled plans to erect the tallest commercial tower in the world, Gulf News reported.

The tower, along with the planned DMCC Business Park, forms part of DMCC’s expansion strategy to cater to large corporations and multinational companies.

The business park will comprise of 107,000 square meters of premium commercial and retail space.

DMCC had earlier built Almas Tower, the Middle East’s tallest commercial building in which DMCC’s headquarters is.

Over the past four years, DMCC said it has attracted more than 4,000 new companies to the free zone, about 90 percent of which are new to Dubai.
