(MENAFN) Dubai was crowned the best city for expats in the MENA region for the 4th time in a row, let alone ranking 75th globally, according to the 2016 Quality of Living report.
Basically, this comprehensive report is created to thoroughly help multinational firms compensate employees fairly when placing them on international assignments.
In more detail, the survey takes into account aspects like the city’s political and social environment, medical care and health considerations and public services, amongst others.
“Dubai remains a very popular target among expatriates, to the point that fewer firms are actually paying hardship premiums to motivate their employees to move here,” said a top analyst.
