Dubai Customs: value reached USD37.02 billion

(MENAFN) Dubai customs reported that the value reached USD37.02 billion in the first six months, up from USD28.311 billion last year, according to Khaleej Times.

The emirate’s electronics foreign trade has increased by 30 percent during the same half.

The emirate’s imports rose by 32 percent reaching USD20.417 billion, while exports and re-exports rose by 28 percent reaching USD16.60 billion.

Technology and communications revolution was the reason behind the improvement in electronic trade in Dubai.
