Dubai- Damac Properties starts The Distinction tower

(MENAFN) Damac Properties’ senior vice president, Niall McLoughlin, stated that the Dubai-based developer launched The Distinction, its first major project since 2008, reported Arabian Business.
McLoughlin said that the 195-meter tower, located in the Burj area of Dubai, comprises 53 levels that include 295 premium-serviced hotel apartments.
Moreover, the tower, scheduled to complete in 2015’s first quarter, will also include a luxury spa, a gymnasium and swimming pool.
He added that ANC Contracting, the main contractor, has already commenced work on the project, which will be a mix of studios, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom penthouses.
He noted that the serviced hotel apartments, which offer 5-star concierge services, will offer the highest levels of customer service, luxury and opulence, placing it among the finest products the real estate developer has on the market.
It is worth noting that Damac initiated sales of the project from its offices at Ocean Heights in Dubai Marina and at Park Towers in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).
