Dubai Damac to build five new 14-storey towers

(MENAFN) Damac Properties intends to build five new 14-storey towers at the firm’s Akoya Oxygen golf course community off the Umm Suqeim Road expansion on the outskirts of Dubai.

Furthermore, Damac started to market apartments in its USD 231.38mn Navitas Hotel& Residences project at its 55mn square foot Akoya Oxygen project.

Additionally, the apartment prices would start from USD 119.7mn and would be available on a four year payment strategy.

Akoya Oxygen will also involve a 1mn square foot shopping and entertainment center Vista Lux, which will include a ‘rainforest’ and a hydroponic caf”‘ and restaurant.
