(MENAFN) House of Patels group’s Chairman, Asghar Patel, stated that his firm has spent USD27.21 million on investments in MahaNakhon mixed-use development, Thailand’s tallest tower, reported Gulf News.
Patel said that the Dubai-based company’s investment covers the project’s marketing and sales rights for the GCC and India.
He added that when completed in 2015, the USD640 million skyscraper will be the tallest building in Bangkok, at 314 meters, comprising 77 floors.
It will include hotel, retail and residences, 194 units of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok.
It is worth noting that the MahaNakhon is under construction at the current time in the Silom/Sathon central business area of Bangkok.
