(MENAFN) A number of innovation-oriented projects value USD 81.7bn, along with new regulation on government data sharing, is gaining step in Dubai.
The country’s plans were in the spotlight through the emirate’s innovation week, intended at putting innovation at the heart of the broader push to make a knowledge economy.
Additionally, the Dubai Open Data Law sets out the terms for better sharing of non-confidential information between government agencies and the public by combined platform.
The regulation plans to integrate all government services and facilities with smartphones by 2021, and the program predicted to make chances for better invention.
