Dubai non-oil foreign trade climbs 17 percent

(MENAFN) Dubai has reached an increase in the whole volume of non-oil foreign trade among the first quarter of this year.

Additionally, the notable increase was the result of re-export commodities reaching 35 percent to 4.1mn tons.

Meanwhile, the increase enhanced the momentum of Dubai’s non-oil foreign trade, which reached USD 86.82bn at the end of March 2016.

Moreover, mobile phones topped the list of high-value commodities in the country’s trade with USD 11.7bn.
