(MENAFN) Dubai Silicon Oasis attracted investments value USD 0.97bn last year, which comprised half the whole investments, while foreign investments contributed to the other half.
Moreover, the firm logged a 16 percent increase in recurring income through 2015, while the projects that the firm is working on recently include the USD 0.35bn smart city project.
Other projects that are under way involve the fifth phase of implementation of light industrial units costing USD 12.52mn, the USD 6.39mn water treatment plant.
In addition, DSO also attracted USD 0.48bn in foreign investment in 2015, which include the USD 0.27bn Fakeeh Academic Medical Center, the USD 136.1mn Avenues Mall Silicon Oasis.
