Dubai to invest USD200b in projects in 10 years

(MENAFN) The value of development projects to be built in Dubai over the next 10 years is expected to reach USD200 billion, Arabian Business reported.

These projects, which include mega-projects like Expo 2020 and Dubai World Central airport, will require an investment of USD93 billion, while other mega-projects could push the total figure towards the USD200 billion in their value.

Other mega-projects include the Downtown Dubai and Mohammed Bin Rashid City which are due to be completed over the next six to ten years, while the plan to redevelop residential land by Meraas in the Jumeirah Gardens project is set to cost USD90 billion.
