Dubai to start Geo system for buildings in 2015

(MENAFN) Due to non-stop expansion in the landscape of the ever-growing city Dubai, city council has put a plan to number to give the city 130 thousand buildings number and codes which will make it easier to locate any building in particular, Arabian business published.
The geo system is already being worked on; Director of Dubai Municipality’s Geographical Information Systems Department Abdul Hakim Malik stated that the department has numbered 130,000 entities in Dubai.
The system will help the city inhabitants and visitors to easily locate any site they look for even with their smart phones or any other navigators; the Geo system is to be functioning by the advent of 2015 once all buildings are numbered.
